The round was led by Taiwania Capital, with additional participation from Lead Ventures, J&T Ventures, and South Central Ventures.
This nomination reflects our commitment to delivering top-tier legal counsel in high-profile, cross-border transactions and underscores the trust our clients place in us to navigate complex investment processes.
We are also pleased to announce that our Managing Partner, Martin Hren, has been invited to serve as a juror on the prestigious Final Selection Committee. The committee will be tasked with selecting the winning deals from the shortlist for each CEE country, reflecting the highest standards of legal excellence and transactional achievement in the region.
The winners will be officially announced on 1 April 2025, at the CEE Annual Deal of the Year Banquet in Prague.
