Sandra joined leading industry professionals on the panel “Identifying & Mitigating Risks in PPA”, offering legal insights into the most pressing challenges in structuring, negotiating, and executing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). The discussion addressed both legal and commercial risk factors, along with practical strategies for effective mitigation.
The conference brought together key stakeholders from across the energy sector to exchange ideas and promote innovative solutions for accelerating the energy transition.
